A coworking portal is an online booking system for workspaces, meeting rooms and offices, with membership management and access control integration. Key functions: transparent availability and convenient self-service for members.
Space Structure and Products
Types of workspaces:
- Hot desk — any available seat for a day
- Fixed desk — dedicated seat by subscription
- Office — private room for team
- Meeting room — hourly rental
Each type has its own booking rules, minimum period, and pricing.
Booking System
Hot desk: user selects date → sees hall floor plan (SVG or clickable image) → selects desk → books. Payment at booking (prepay) or month-end (by subscription).
Meeting room: select room → time slot (visual calendar view with occupied intervals, like Google Calendar). Minimum 1 hour, 30-minute increments. Recurring bookings (weekly).
Office: long-term rental — contract for month+. Via application form, not automatic.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Pricing plans:
- Day pass — single visit
- 10 days — monthly package
- Unlimited — unlimited per calendar month
- Team — multiple seats by fixed subscription
Management via Stripe Billing: automatic renewal, plan change, pause.
Access Control Integration
Entry control — QR code or NFC card. With active membership — access allowed. Upon expiration — blocked.
Integration with Perko, SCAN, Parsec systems via API or via QR-code-based access system generated on server.
