Auto Service Portal Development

Auto service portal is a web presence with online booking, client personal account, service history and notifications. Goal — simplify booking and increase customer loyalty through process transparency.

Online Booking

Key function. Step-by-step process:

  1. Service selection: diagnostics, maintenance, tire service, body repair, etc. (with estimated prices)
  2. Vehicle data: brand, model, year, mileage, VIN (optional)
  3. Date and time: available slots (synchronized with service load system)
  4. Contacts: name, phone, email
  5. Confirmation: SMS + email with date and address

Slot management: service manager sets cars per day by work type. Booked slots unavailable.

Client Personal Account

  • My vehicles: list of added cars with service history
  • Bookings: upcoming and past visits
  • Work history: what was done, parts used, mileage, date, amount
  • Documents: receipts, work orders in PDF
  • Reminders: "Next maintenance in 8000 km" or "Time to change oil"

Repair Transparency

During repair client gets status notifications:

  • Accepted for work
  • Additional work found (with approval request)
  • Repair complete, ready for pickup

Approval of additional work via SMS with short link: "Brake fluid leak found (+3500₽). Approve? [Yes] [No]".

1C:Auto Service Integration

1C:Auto Service is a standard accounting system. Integration via HTTP services:

  • Create work order in 1C on online booking
  • Sync repair statuses → portal
  • Export completed orders → client account history

Maintenance Reminders

After each maintenance mileage and date are recorded. System calculates next interval (e.g., every 10,000 km or 1 year). When approaching due date — auto SMS/email with booking offer.

SEO and Geolocation

Local SEO: page for each service type (/shinomontazh-moskva-yuzhnoe-butovo). LocalBusiness schema.org with hours and coordinates. Google Maps / 2GIS embed on contacts page.

Timeline

Portal with online booking, client account, service history, notifications: 6–10 weeks. With 1C integration, work approval, maintenance reminders: 3–4 months.
