Kindergarten Portal Development
A kindergarten website serves three goals: attract new parents, inform current ones, and simplify communication with administration. Working with children's data requires heightened privacy protection.
Public Section
Home: interior and playground photos, age groups, daily schedule, format (full day / half-day care).
Teachers: photos, names, education, experience, group. Meeting the educator is important for trust.
Program: methodologies (Montessori, developmental classes), class schedule, additional activities.
Meals: weekly menu. Administrator updates via simple interface — PDF upload or table.
News and photo albums: kindergarten events (holidays, excursions). Children's photos only in closed parent personal account, not public.
Parent Personal Account
- News and announcements for their group
- Photos (closed access — only their child or entire group, depending on settings)
- Weekly menu
- Class and event schedule
- Notifications about certificate readiness
- Absence notifications for child (no need to call)
Authorization: email + password or via Gosuslugi (ESIA) for public kindergartens.
Online Queue Application
Application for kindergarten place via website: child data, desired start date, contacts. For municipal kindergartens — integration with Gosuslugi portal or regional waiting list system.
Children's Data Protection
Federal law 152-FZ requires parental consent for processing children's personal data. Children's photos not published without signed consent. In personal account — ability to revoke consent.
Timeline
Website with information and simple application form: 1–2 weeks. With parent personal account, closed photo albums, group announcements: 4–6 weeks.
