About page is one of most visited yet one of most templated. "We are dynamically developing company..." nobody will read. What works is different: specific people, specific story, specific numbers.
What Works on This Page
Team with Photos — real photos of specific people with names and roles convert many times better than stock group photos. Especially for B2B services where you buy from specific people, not company.
Story and Timeline — not "founded in 2015", but key development moments: first major client, new market entry, product launch, direction change. Timeline component horizontal on desktop, vertical on mobile.
Numbers and Achievements — specific: 340 completed projects, 12 countries, 94% clients return. Animated counter on viewport appearance — standard technique, works.
Values and Culture — if not template set of words ("innovation, customer focus, quality"), but real principles with examples — works. If no real content — better omit.
Video — short (1–2 minute) video about office, team, processes greatly increases engagement and trust. Poster mandatory, autoplay without sound acceptable.
Layout
Page built sectionally: hero with concise headline → story/mission → numbers → team → CTA. Don't overload: better 4 meaningful sections than 8 formal.
Team cards: photo, name, position, optionally — 1–2 links (LinkedIn, GitHub). Grid: 4 columns on desktop, 2 on tablet, 1 on mobile.
